Another teacher has been busted for allegedly sexually assaulting a student, officials said.

Darryl Lynch, 55, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at the High School of Graphic Communication Arts and accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl earlier this month, police said.

Education officials said Lynch had been an ROTC teacher at the Hell's Kitchen school since 1997, and was reassigned away from students Tuesday. He has an annual salary over $100,000, according to a spokeswoman for the department.

"I am outraged by these charges, and have no tolerance for adults who betray the trust of their students and school communities," schools chancellor Dennis Walcott said in a statement.

Walcott has promised changes to the department's disciplinary policies after at least four other accusations of sexual assault involving students surfaced since the beginning of the year.
