Ed Koch left the bulk of his $10.5-$11 million estate to his sister, Pat Thaler, but gave a $100,000 bequest to his longtime secretary, Mary Garrigan, who had served the feisty politician, pundit and film critic since 1975. Among other provisions in the three-term mayor's 2007 will, which was filed Monday in Manhattan, were the following:

-- 100,000 to the LaGuardia and Wagner Educational Fund to create a program bearing his name to promote public and government service. (Koch had earlier given the LaGuardia and Wagner Archives important historical papers.)
-- 50,000 each to his late brother's wife, Gail Koch, to his nephew, Andrew Koch and niece, Joey Koch.
-- Photographs and memorabilia to the New-York Historical Society, which he promised in the year 2000.

Koch made clear that anything not specified was to be turned over to his sister.
