Lindsay hustles to save 'Gotti' gig
Lindsay Lohan will play John Gotti Jr.’s wife, Kim, in the upcoming mobster flick “Gotti: Three Generations,” said the film’s executive producer, Marc Fiore.
Lohan, 24, was “bumped off” the roster of stars being considered to play Victoria Gotti — to whom she bears an uncanny resemblance — but hustled to earn another spot in the film, Fiore told TMZ.com.
The party girl personally negotiated with Fiore for the role of Kim — which Kim Kardashian was once considered for — upon learning her management team was being difficult in talks, TMZ.com reported.
LiLo must have found a fan in Fiore, because she’ll reportedly act in his other upcoming film, “Mob Street.” Lohan, whose last memorable role was in 2004’s “Mean Girls,” could use the career boost in light of her legal troubles.
John Travolta will star in “Gotti,” due out in 2013.
Calls and e-mails to Lohan’s reps were not returned yesterday.
