Lindsay Lohan's dad jumped off a third-floor balcony to escape police

What do you know, Michael Lohan was back in custody on Thursday -- less than 12 hours after being released from a Tampa jail on domestic violence charges.
Tampa police said officers responded to a 911 call from Papa Lohan's on-off GF Kate Major early Thursday, who told cops that Lohan, 51, made a harassing phone call to her after being released from jail on Wednesday.
According to reports, Lohan called again while police were at Major's condo and, after hearing what Michael said, an arrest order was authorized.
Here's the (extra) insane part: When police went to Lohan's hotel, he jumped off a third-floor balcony in an attempt to escape.
According to TMZ.com, Lohan was partying at a karaoke bar before placing the calls.
