Lindsay Lohan's trial for allegedly lying to cops about who was driving her Porsche when it slammed into an 18-wheeler is set to start Monday.

Lohan, 26, is charged with one misdemeanor each for reckless driving, lying to an officer and obstructing police. She pleaded not guilty to all charges, and faces up to 19 months behind bars, plus 245 days for probation violation if she's convicted.

The charges stem from an incident last June when her black Porsche smashed into a truck in Santa Monica, Calif. She initially told police that an assistant was driving, but the assistant later said that Lohan was driving.

The "Liz & Dick" star reportedly missed her New York-to-Los Angeles flight Saturday night, as TMZ.com reported she was at a club seeing the band City of the Sun in Manhattan when she was supposed to be on the flight. She had a flight booked for 6 p.m. last night, TMZ said.

Her rep didn't respond to a request for comment.
