Man pretended to be cop, demanded free sex from prostitutes: officials
A New Jersey man is accused of patronizing prostitutes while pretending to be an NYPD officer and threatening to arrest them if they didn't perform sex acts for free, officials said Wednesday.
Warren Taylor, 32, was arrested Monday for pulling the crooked cop routine at least four times in the last two months, police said. Taylor allegedly hit one of the women in the face when she refused.
Taylor faces a slew of charges, including impersonating a cop, kidnapping, patronizing a prostitute, criminal sex act and assault. He was awaiting arraignment Wednesday.
