A Manhattan man was arrested this weekend after allegedly driving over a cop's foot while trying to dodge a parking ticket, police said.

Julien Chabbott, 28, tried to stop Police Officer Felix Recio from writing a ticket outside a SoHo hotel Saturday nby snatching it out of the cop's hand, according to a criminal complaint. Chabbott went back inside the hotel, before returning to his Ferrari and ducking into the driver's seat against Recio's directions.

In a video posted on YouTube, Chabbott revved the engine as Recio shifted his leg to block the front of the car and continued writing summonses for parking in a "No Standing" zone, and not having the car's registration or inspection posted, according to an NYPD spokeswoman. Cops confirmed the video showed the clash between Chabbot and the officer.

Despite the officer's orders to stop, Chabbott slowly inched forward, hitting Recio's knee before driving over his foot, according to court documents and the video. Recio smacked the driver's side window, pulled open the door and ripped Chabbott out of the car, shouting, "Get out, let's go."

The injured cop and another officer are seen trying to pin Chabbott to the top of the car, and eventually handcuffed him on the pavement.

Chabbott pleaded not guilty Sunday to charges of assault and obstructing government administration and a judge ordered him held on $1,500 bail.

No phone number was listed for Chabbott, and his lawyer's name was unavailable Sunday.

An NYPD spokeswoman said Recio was treated for a swollen foot.
