Mom, daughter found dead in Brooklyn bathtub, cops say
The bodies of a 29-year-old mother and her 8-year-old daughter were found early Sunday in the bathtub of a Sheepshead Bay apartment, police said. Police, who would not release the victims’ names, said the investigation was ongoing. A medical examiner was investigating the cause of death.
A passerby tipped off NYPD after they noticed the door to the apartment was ajar. There was no obvious signs of trauma to the bodies, police said.
