New Met Noah Syndergaard tweets anti-gay remark

The Mets' newest prospect is already in hot water, as he was caught tweeting and then deleting an anti-gay slur.
Noah Syndergaard, 20, tweeted "nice crocs --- lol," at a friend last week and subsequently deleted it, according to published reports.
Syndergaard was acquired with catching prospect Travis d'Arnaud and other players this week, in a deal that sent Cy Young Award winner R.A. Dickey to the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Mets said the team will look into the matter, reports said.
