NYPD searching for man who sexually assaulted girl at Queens McDonald's
Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl on a McDonald's playground in Queens on Tuesday, officials said Wednesday.
The man, who the NYPD describes as between 18 and 30 years old with "medium skinned complexion," grabbed the girl inside a tubular slide at a McDonald's in Jamaica at 181-25 Hillside Ave. and forced her to perform a sex act on him, according to the NYPD.
The girl then left the playground and ran to her mother, who chased after the man but couldn't catch him, the Daily News reported.
"This type of behavior is not tolerated at our restaurants," McDonald's said in a statement.
"The safety of our customers is our top priority. As this is under police investigation, it would be inappropriate to comment further."
The suspect was last seen wearing a brown or dark purple polo shirt, black or dark blue jeans and white sneakers, police said, adding that he had a bandage or lump on his forehead.
