Paris Hilton's boyfriend attacked by 'stalker'

A stalker allegedly attacked Paris Hilton's boyfriend yesterday while he and the hotel heiress walked into an L.A. court to testify against another stalker, published reports said.
James Rainford allegedly grabbed Hilton's beau, Cy Waits, and put him in a headlock while Hilton yelled, "That's him!" reports said. Bodyguards turned Rainford over to cops.
"I'm going to marry her. I got permission from her father," Rainford said, according to the New York Post. He allegedly tried to break into Hilton's house last year.
Shortly after the incident, Hilton, 30, tweeted: "That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary! :("
Hilton was going to testify against Nathan Parada, who allegedly pulled a knife on Waits in August.
