Rumor has it Philip Seymour Hoffman - who lost out to James Corden ("One Man, Two Guvnors") - has been offered the part of new Head Gamemaker Plutarch Heavensbee in "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," according to Deadline.
No word yet if he's accepted.
