Several protesters in Robin Hood costumes were arrested near City Hall on Thursday as they blocked the street while demanding more funding for treating AIDS.

Police said eight protesters were arrested at the World AIDS Day demonstration, although the group put the number at 13. After marching up Broadway from Zuccotti Park to City Hall, the crew chained themselves together and lied down on the street.

Cops had to force them to the side because traffic couldn't pass.

The protesters held signs that read "Tax Wall St. End AIDS," and were part of a larger crowd of about 100 people, including Occupy Wall Street supporters.
