Great weather and superstars are expected to draw huge crowds to Sunday's National Puerto Rican Day Parade.

The 55th annual celebration starts at 11 a.m. on Sunday and will run north on Fifth Avenue from 44th Street to 79th Street.

Felix Matos Rodriguez, president of Hostos Community College in the Bronx, will serve as grand marshal and showcase the parade's theme of empowerment through education, organizers said.

Several Puerto Rican celebrities, including salsa singer Frankie Negron and Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz (known for his salsa-inspired touchdown dances), will also be in attendance.

The forecast is for 80-degree weather under a cloudless sky, and the parade will be broadcast on FOX and MY9.
