It's a boy!
Reese Witherspoon and hubby Jim Toth have welcomed their first child together, a son named Tennessee James, a rep for the Oscar-winning actress told us Thursday.
"Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today," Witherspoon's rep confirmed.
"Both mom and baby are healthy, and the entire family is thrilled."
Witherspoon, 36, has two children - Ava, 13, and Deacon, 8 - from her previous marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe. The couple divorced in 2006 after seven years of marriage.
Witherspoon and Toth, an agent, married in March 2011 at Witherspoon's gorgeous Ojai, Calif., ranch, which is now on the market for a reported $10 million.
