Cops released new information Thursday on the fugitive who they say was involved in the shooting of an off-duty Bronx cop.

A $22,000 reward has been issued for the capture of Jason Leiva, 20, who allegedly shot Officer Ivan Marcano Wednesday night. Marcano, 28, saw Leiva and Prince James, 18, mug someone on Harrison Avenue.

Marcano, 27, identified himself as a cop and took out his gun before one of the suspects shot him in the chest. The officer returned fire and killed James while Leiva, who is described as 5-foot-8 and 148 pounds, escaped.

Marcano, who was with his girlfriend at the time of the shooting, was listed in stable condition at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center.
