Guitar icon Slash got his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Tuesday, and Charlie Sheen was on hand to deliver some Axl Rose mockery.

Slash was awarded the star on the Walk for renowned ax-work that helped Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver sell more than a combined 100 million albums.

Sheen -- who has his own star on the Walk of Fame that he got in 1994 -- joined in on the digs at Rose during the dedication ceremony, shown in a video on TMZ.com.

"You know, it's quite fitting that Slash is getting a star on the very street Axl Rose will one day be sleeping on," Sheen said to laughter. (amNY)
