On Dec. 29, Menendez allegedly pushed Indian immigrant Sunando Sen, 46, onto an oncoming No. 7-train at the 40th Street-Lowery Street station in Queens. The suspect, who has a history of mental illness, told detectives she has hated Muslims and Hindus following since the 9/11 attacks.
