Teenager sentenced in fatal iPhone theft
A teen involved in a botched iPhone robbery that left a 17-year-old man dead was sentenced in a Queens court yesterday to 20 years in prison.
Stephon Huffman, 19, pleaded guilty in July to first-degree manslaughter in the Oct. 28, 2011, attack on Patrick Dixon.
Charges are pending against three other suspects, including Jose Heredia, who allegedly slashed Dixon's throat. He is charged with second degree murder.
Huffman was also sentenced to five years of post-release supervision.
