Here's a great commercial break shown during a presentation of "The Magic Garden" on WPIX. The old-school treats include an ad for mail-order Disney children's books (complete with complimentary plastic Mickey bookholder!) and a commercial for Franken Berry and Count Chocula cereals. There's also a nice long ad for "The Tom & Jerry Hour," shown at 4 p.m., narrated by longtime station announcer Ralph Lowenstein.

Classic stuff. Rewind to 1979 below.
