Fortune magazine released its annual list of the 40 hottest young stars in business on Thursday, and the brightest Internet entrepreneurs led the pack, with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg crowned the king.

Fortune culled its crop from the world's innovators, disrupters and job creators, the mag said.

There were more than tech execs: bigwigs in movies, music and even curry-flavored chocolate also made the list. Take a look at the top five:

    1 -- Mark Zuckerberg

Title: Founder and CEO of Facebook
    Age: 27
Known for: Building the best-known and most widely used social-networking site, which hit 800 million users this year and is valued at $50 billion.

This may have been the year your grandmother joined Facebook, Forbes said. A Harvard dropout, Zuckerberg has since become a household name.

    2 -- Larry Page

Title: Co-founder and CEO of Google
    Age: 38
Known for: Turning around the fortunes of a once-struggling Google

    3 -- Greg Jensen

    Age: 37
Known for: Overseeing a 25% bump to the hedge fund’s worth

    4 -- Aditya Mittal

    Title: CFO of ArcelorMittal
    Age: 35
Known for: Helping to build the world's largest steel group through acquisitions

    5 -- John Arnold

    Title: Founder of Centaurus Energy
    Age: 37
