A Manhattan grand jury Tuesday voted to indict the nanny accused of murdering two young kids she cared for on the Upper West Side.
Yoselyn Ortega, 50, awaits arraignment on several counts of murder for the Oct. 25 slaying of Lucia Krim, 6, and Leo Krim, 2, a spokeswoman for the Manhattan DA's office said.
The toddlers' mother, Marina Krim, walked into their apartment with another child and found the children dead from stab wounds and Ortega, their nanny, bleeding from a self-inflicted wound.
She is still recovering at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
