The movie studio and production company behind "The Dark Knight Rises" have donated to the victims of the mass shooting last week in Aurora, Colorado.
Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures made undisclosed donations to GivingFirst.Org, according to a spokeswoman from Community First Foundation, which is overseeing the donations. Corporate donations were close to $2 million overall as of last night, and individual donations totalled about $180,000.
Twelve people were killed and more than 50 were injured after accused gunman James Holmes entered a theater where the movie was playing last Friday and shot into the crowd.
