No. 7 train extension may be delayed for months
The extension of the No. 7 train to the Far West Side of Manhattan could be months behind schedule, the MTA official overseeing the project said Monday.

Developer Larry Silverstein may cut short his plan for the 3 World Trade Center tower if he can't find enough tenants to pre-lease space there, Crain's reported Monday.
