A Bill Parcells tell-all would have bothered Phil Simms

Interesting response from Phil Simms when Dan Patrick asked him Wednesday about the book by his Bigelow Tea teammate, Joe Torre:
Patrick: "How would you feel if Parcells started to say, 'You know what, Simms, he'd get nervous in big games and I'd worry about him,' or 'L.T. was tearing this team apart,' or, you know, just started going down the list of guys?"
Simms: "I'd be really hurt. Yeah, I really would. It would bother me. And it would affect our relationship forever. It really would."
Speaking of Torre's book, David Wells is due on with Michael Kay on 1050 ESPN at 5 p.m.
I don't know how much more of this I can take, boss. Is there anyone else available to listen? Glauber isn't doing anything this week, is he?
