This transition to life after "Mike and the Mad Dog" is going to be a little weird, people.
Today black drapes appeared in the WFAN studio to cover evidence of the former show and its former co-host, which even Mike Francesa found a little strange and unnecessary.
Let's hope Mike sorts out his new show as quickly as possible so the world can continue spinning on its new axis.
Speaking of Francesa, he's headed to Jets camp Tuesday, and thus is headed for a sitdown with the team's new quarterback.
Hey, wait: Isn't 1050 ESPN the Jets' channel, the one that has been promoting Brett Favre since the day he was traded to Gotham? Yup. Fear not, the station has snagged Mr. Favre for a 5 o'clock appearance today with M. Kay.
Whew.
