Somewhere in eastern Pennsylvania Monday night, after Rod Boone somehow patched together several electronic gizmos to allow us to see "Monday Night Football," I watched with much annoyance as the studio gang included in its "C'Mon, Man" highlights for the season the one from Nov. 19 in which Eli Manning is seen in the New Meadowlands Stadium interview room forlornly waiting for someone to interview him.
As I pointed out when this segment first ran after that game: Yo, TV and radio people who sit in studios, please do not critique or giggle over the behavior of journalists on the front lines without having a clue about the logistics of the jobs working stiffs have to do while you sit back and guffaw.
C'mon, men.
