This Sept. 14, 2008, file photo shows Jenn Sterger working on the sideline before the New York Jets played the New England Patriots in an NFL football game at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, N. J. The ex-New York Jets employee involved in the allegation against Brett Favre has hired a lawyer. WFAN’s Craig Carton clearly has a feel for the sorts of things listeners want to hear from guests, and he is unafraid to ask the uncomfortable questions that often lead to such answers.

But he walks a fine line, and he crossed it in an unnecessarily mean-spirited interview with Jenn Sterger Friday, essentially accusing her of asking for it when Brett Favre – then a Jets co-worker – admittedly left her flirtatious voicemails and allegedly sent her lewd pictures.

Sterger at times appeared ready to walk out of the studio but stuck it out to promote her new job as a reporter on Fuel TV. Listen to the interview below.
