Sunday I made my traditional, last-week-of-December cameo as a football columnist, this time chronicling the Phins-Jets tilt at the Meadowlands.
Afterward, I spoke to a nice young man with a very high passer rating whom the Jets should try to acquire as they prepare for 2009 with a new coach and new quarterback.
