Chris Russo still going solo in mid-summer, now on Sirius

This first, full post-Russo summer on terrestrial radio is getting a little depressing.
I miss those long, lazy afternoons of Mad Dog going solo, yelling about some inane point, then obsessing over it to keep listeners calling in and yelling back.
So I checked in with Siriux XM Satellite Radio to get an overdue Dog fix and see what he'd open his show with.
Oops. Forgot about the baseball trading deadline. Doggie actually has something substantive to talk about. That's no fun.
It's been five minutes now, and nothing nutty. I'll try again next week.
(UPDATE: Now he's talking about having to explain all this steroids stuff to young Timmy Russo. I guess I'll keep listening. What the heck else do I have to do? It's a Friday in July, and I'd rather be in my basement than on a beach. Seriously.)
