Mrs. WatchDog came up with a great idea to pick up some cheap page views: A pointless, artificially manufactured trash-talking war with my Dallas sports media blogging counterpart, Barry Horn.
Check this out: Horn's most recent post has Troy Aikman, Phil Simms and an unnamed TV executive expressing doubts about beloved former Jet Brooks Bollinger, who might see action against the Giants Sunday.
The TV executive calls Bollinger "probably the sorriest excuse for a quarterback the Jets have ever allowed to play in the Meadowlands this side of Rick Mirer."
Horn, you are the sorriest excuse for a sports blogger this side of, um . . . Curt Schilling!
