  • Gatorade bottles are cap friendly

    Don’t get me wrong: Major League Baseball has every right to plant a rainbow of Gatorade flavors in front of its coaches and players during postseason news conferences.

    I assume the company pays handsomely for the privilege, and no one is forcing us to drink the stuff.

    But wouldn’t it look a little more real, and less awkward, if they removed the cap on at least one bottle, making it look like a source of refreshment than a cheesy advertising prop?

    Some ice would be nice, too.
