Giants win on field, on TV
I used to cover Giants games.
Now I write blog posts about TV ratings for Giants games.
Sunday's Fox doubleheader - which mostly featured Redskins-Giants - was the most-viewed Sunday Week 1 game ever at an average of 25.1 million.
That's a lot.
The Giants' opener drew 14.7 percent of homes in the New York area. Jets-Texans averaged 14.3.
Those numbers are a lot, too.
