Week 10: Jaguars 24, Jets 22
November 15, 2009
The Jets were coming off a bye week, but the results were more of the same. Trailing 21-13 at the half, the Jets rallied for a 22-21 lead on Thomas Jones' touchdown with 5:03 to play. A failed two-point conversion would prove costly, as the Jags drove the field and got a win on Josh Scobee's 21-yard field goal. The Jets fell to 4-5 on the season. (Credit: David Pokress)
Jay Glazer follows only nine Twitter feeds, five of them by individuals, including Michael Strahan, Shawne Merrman, Chuck Liddell and . . . Glauber?
Speaking of Glazer, he Twittered last night that Kerry Rhodes will be benched this week.
I'm assuming the final straw was his comical failure to secure a tackle of the Patriots' Wes Welker Sunday.
Which is an issue that NBC's Rodney Harrison was all over way back in Week 2.
That's all for me for now. Have to get a head start on Friday newspaper column to leave time for observing relatives eat and argue Thursday.
