Jack Craig, nation's first full-time sports media critic, dies at 81
When Newsday's Stan Isaacs began his TV Sports column on Feb. 12, 1978, he became the second full-time newspaper sports media critic in America.
The first, Jack Craig of the Boston Globe, died Friday at age 81.
