Jackie Robinson was safe

Watching the premiere of the Yankees' World Series film with hundreds of fans Monday night was at times amusing, at times inspiring and at times annoying.

My favorite moment came before the official video began, during a clip of Jackie Robinson stealing home against Yogi Berra's tag in the 1955 World Series.

Robinson wasn't two steps into his dash toward the plate when a fan in the balcony with a long memory yelled, "He was out!"

Berra strongly agreed then, and still agrees today.
