Jets, Giants fans often will be tired this autumn
No, I did not watch the coverage of the NFL schedule announcement last night.
There are three things I used to get excited about when I covered the NFL that I now try my best to ignore: the schedule announcement, the draft and the preseason.
But I do want to note the most remarkable thing about the 2010 schedule, IMHO: That the Jets were one of five teams to max out with five prime time games. Five!?
Throw in the Giants' four and it will be a tough autumn for fans who have to get up early for work or school, and for newspaper reporters and editors with deadlines to meet.
