Letterman makes curling jokes

Sorry for lack of blogging Wednesday. I took the day off and attended a taping of "Late Show with David Letterman."

Dave's top 10 list made fun of curling, which is pretty much a requirement for every comic and columnist during every Winter Olympics.

Even "The Simpsons" got into the act this year.

The highlight of my "Late Show" experience was observing the great Eric Stangel at work.

When he is not posting amusing, sports-related tweets, he apparently has something to do with Dave's show, as he consulted with him during commercial breaks and presumably wrote some of his jokes.
