Prolific Yankees blogger leaves beat to cover enemy
Epic news in the local sports blogosphere:
Pete Abraham, a pioneer of beat writer blogging and a profoundly prolific producer of Yankees-related posts, is leaving The Journal News for a job covering the Bosox for the Boston Globe.
The Journal News recently went through a round of job-shedding that included the departures of its Giants and Jets beat writers, Ernie Palladino and Jane McManus.
