Rodney Harrison tweets were fake!
Remember that Twitter trash talk between NBC's Rodney Harrison and the Jets' Kerry Rhodes last week?
Example from Harrison: "Even though i respect your game, you do have flaws and i have seen you pass on tackles and not always been physical."
Turns out it was done by an imposter on Harrison's end. He told NBC this week he does not Twitter.
Yet another example of one of life's most important, basic lessons, dating to the original Shaq imposter that helped launch the Twitter fad: Never assume a Twitter feed is legit until you hear it from the person himself or herself.
Of course, none of this changes the fact the real Harrison ripped Rhodes on Michael Kay's 1050 ESPN radio show, saying among other things, "I respect Kerry Rhodes as a playmaker but he's not a tough guy."
