Rush Limbaugh's bid DOA
Sorry I haven't weighed in yet on Rush Limbaugh's dead-on-arrival bid to become an NFL part-owner.
Spare me the political rhetoric on both sides.
Limbaugh would have been bad for the bottom line, a headache the NFL had no reason to give itself. So he's out. Pretty simple, really.
Not that I'm the first to make this observation.
Mavericks owner Mark Cuban on his blog:
"This isn't about Free Speech. It's about the NFL protecting their business."

(Shouldn't YES have produced some sort of daily roundup of Yankees news this week during the long wait for the ALCS? Just wondering.)
