Some fans complain about PSLs, others sue over them

Three fan/readers - two who are lawyers - have suggested to me previously there is a basis for legal action against PSLs, but said it would be difficult to find a fan and / or lawyer willing to bother with what would be a long, probably longshot battle.
Will be interesting to see whether this gets anywhere.
