Great line from CBS' Steve Tasker on the Bills' new wide receiver, Terrell Owens:
"They will not win if they don't throw him the ball, and if they don't throw him the ball he will not let them win."
Owens is one of several new AFC attractions CBS types are looking forward to showcasing. Another is a Jets rookie quarterback who might be interesting. So should their new coach.
Jim Nantz said he and his A Team partner Phil Simms will be in Houston for Mark Sanchez' debut Sept. 13.
Added Dan Dierdorf: "Greg Gumbel and I have the Jets in Week 2 and Week 3. As exciting as our production meetings were with Eric Mangini, they might get better with Rex Ryan . . . This guy is great copy. If he thinks it it comes right out. That will make it fun for you [reporters]."
