Tigers Woods TV ratings post No. 5,712
One more Tiger Effect ratings note from Sunday's PGA:
From 6:30 to 7 p.m. Sunday, 9.4 percent of U.S. homes were watching Tiger and Y.E. Yang duel to the finish, and 20 percent of TVs actually in use were tuned to the final holes.
For golf? For the year's last and least-sexy major championship? For an event that ended late on a Sunday afternoon in August on the West Coast?
Those numbers are just plain nutty.
