I don't fully understand this news release, but it mentions television and Nassau County and Cablevision and Mike Francesa, so it must be in my jurisdiction. Here it is:

At the request of John Sabini, Chairman of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, New York Racing Association President and CEO Charles Hayward announced the restoration of its televised race signal to Nassau County Cablevision customers effective immediately.

Nassau Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation President and CEO Dino G. Amoroso said, "I am pleased to learn that NYRA authorized the restoration of its signal pending Racing and Wagering Board approval of the distribution agreement with Cablevision.  I want to thank NYS Racing and Wagering Chairman John D. Sabini for working tirelessly to reach this result and appreciate NYRA's cooperation in this matter.

"I would also like to thank Mike Francesa of WFAN radio for taking the initiative last Thursday and trying to broker an agreement to return the signal to the racing fans of Nassau County.  His efforts to save the Saratoga racing season for Nassau County racing fans were productive and greatly appreciated."

NROTB's broadcast of the Saratoga racing signal can be seen in its entirety on Cablevision Channel 74 everyday that NYRA is racing.
