Here is yet another list from my series looking back at the 2000s in New York sports.
This time the subject is famous quotes, a challenging category given the vast range of possibilities and the difficulty in remembering them all.

(As for Sunday's Jets game, yes, I am aware Fox' Dick Stockton had some issues regarding the score after the Falcons scored the winning TD, at which time he thought the game was tied. Strange. But he did correctly anticipate that the winning score would be recorded by Tony Gonzalez..)
