World Series tickets will cost you more for Philly than Bronx

Don't be surprised if there are more Phillies fans at Yankee Stadium for the World Series than Yankees fans in Philly.

That's because so far there are fewer tickets for Games 3, 4 and 5 floating around the secondary market than  for Games 1, 2, 6 and 7.

That disparity in turn has driven up the average listing on FanSnap.com for Game 3 to $1,754 compared to a mere $772 for Game 1.

The latter figure should rise after the Yankees actually win the pennant, but this is going to be an interesting phenomenon to keep an eye on over the next two weeks.
