Yankees' power outage dims John Sterling's shtick
I hate it when other journalists come up with seemingly obvious, great ideas I should have thought of and executed first!
But give credit where it's due: This Wall Street Journal piece in which John Sterling laments the lack of home runs to call from the 2013 Yankees is pure gold.
Best line: "This year there's a new Yankee every day. I couldn't keep up with them. Fortunately, I don't have to bother with it, because they don't hit home runs."
Sports media quotes don't get any better than that, folks.
