One more ticket update in case you're thinking of taking in the big game in the Bronx:

Game 6 now has become the highest-grossing event in StubHub history, surpassing Game 2 Thursday for the top spot.

Prices paid for tonight continue to rise, to an average of $984, with about 4,000 tickets still available on StubHub and several thousand more than that on FanSnap.com, which compiles offerings from multiple sites.

The prices could fall closer to game time if the inventory remains strong, so by all means give it a shot later if your plans are flexible - especially if you live in the Bronx and can walk over to the Stadium on short notice.

Should be a fascinating night. I'm not baseball writer so my prediction means nothing. I'll try it anyway: Yankees 9, Phillies 2
