Bellmore JFK High School will welcome back two prominent sports media alums when ESPN’s Steve Levy (Class of 1983) and Adam Schefter (’85) appear Thursday to talk about their careers and the state of the business.

The program, set for 7 to 8:30 p.m. is $5 for Bellmore JFK students and staff and $10 for the public, with proceeds going to student government programs and scholarships.

Al Michaels briefly attended the defunct Jerusalem Avenue Junior High in North Bellmore, during which time he delivered Newsday. But I digress. Enjoy Steve and Adam!

(Dear Northport High student government: Fellow alum Patti LuPone and I would be happy to sing a duet for a worthy fundraiser. I think. I probably should check with her first.)
